SAAS SALES EXECUTIVE – US MARKET DEVELOPMENT
An established SaaS technology business operating across data erasure, verification and IT asset lifecycle solutions is looking to appoint a commercially driven Sales Executive / Business Development professional to spearhead growth across the US.
This is a genuine market-building opportunity for a natural hunter who enjoys opening doors, creating relationships and turning new markets into sustainable revenue.
You’ll have an established technology proposition behind you, but the freedom and autonomy to build the US opportunity your way.
What You'll Be Doing
You’ll take ownership of developing net-new business across the US, targeting organisations across the IT asset lifecycle ecosystem, including:
The role is highly relationship-driven. You’ll engage senior decision-makers, understand how organisations currently manage data erasure and IT assets, uncover inefficiencies and demonstrate how technology can deliver measurable commercial and operational value.
Your Responsibilities
This Is About Mindset
We're not looking for someone who simply ticks every traditional SaaS sales box.
We're looking for a genuine salesperson who is hungry to win.
You could come from a background in:
What matters most is your ability to hunt, build relationships and create opportunities from scratch.
This business is looking for someone who is:
Hungry. Curious. Energetic. Competitive. Personable. Commercial.
Someone who genuinely enjoys people.
Someone who asks questions, gets under the skin of a customer's business and spots opportunities others might miss.
You won't be expected to deliver a heavily scripted sales pitch. The strongest fit will be someone who can build credibility and trust, understand the customer's world and sell through knowledge, curiosity and empathy.
The US represents a significant growth opportunity, and you'll have the opportunity to establish relationships across the wider IT asset lifecycle ecosystem.
This isn't a role where you're expected to produce overnight results.
The first few months will be about learning the proposition, understanding the market, developing relationships and building a quality pipeline.
With enterprise sales cycles typically running 3–6 months or longer, you'll need the patience and persistence to build opportunities properly and convert them into long-term revenue.
