Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Lines Client Manager to join a team. Compensation Package

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with professionalism and expertise.


• Handle large commercial accounts, including accounts with premiums as high as $4 million.


• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


• Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and workflows.


• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.


• Maintain a polished and client-facing demeanor to represent the agency effectively.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.


• Education: College degree preferred but not required.


• Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, with experience handling large accounts.


• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software preferred.


• Attributes: Polished, professional, and client-focused with strong interpersonal skills.
