Senior Commercial Lines Producer/Sales Executive

Location: Fully Remote

Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Commercial Lines Producer/Sales Executive with a strong track record in the NYC Metropolitan area. This is a high-level producer role designed for a plug-and-play professional who can drive significant revenue. The position offers flexible commission structures and equity opportunities based on your production and business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of commercial lines accounts

Generate new business and cross-sell existing clients, with no territorial restrictions

Collaborate with other team members to enhance sales strategies and maximize revenue

Participate in training and mentorship programs to develop new talent

Engage in team-building events and activities to foster a positive work culture

Qualifications:

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license

Proven experience as a high-level producer in a retail brokerage environment

Strong business acumen and the ability to create a personalized business plan

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with AMS 360 is a plus, but not a dealbreaker
