Are you an experienced Full-Stack Developer ready to take ownership of a strategically important development project? Our client is looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (m/f/d) based in Romania to join an international team in a remote-oriented role.

You will help build a modern, independent frontend platform from the ground up, contributing from technical concept and architecture through implementation, integration, and continuous improvement. Take on a technically challenging long-term role with genuine scope for ownership and influence in a highly regulated environment.

What will you do?

• Design, build, and continuously enhance a modern, independent frontend platform


• Develop responsive, intuitive, and high-quality user interfaces based on design specifications and business requirements


• Help shape the frontend architecture, including component structure, state management, testing, build, and deployment processes


• Develop, integrate, and maintain interfaces to internal and external APIs and services


• Contribute to the development of backend components, data models, and processes


• Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, design, operations, compliance, and other business departments


• Coordinate technical matters with international partner companies and external service providers


• Incorporate regulatory, authority-driven, and internal compliance requirements into technical solutions and documentation


• Develop secure, traceable, scalable, and maintainable functionality for a highly regulated market


• Ensure high code quality through code reviews, automated testing, documentation, and established development standards


• Analyse and optimise application performance, stability, security, and usability


• Support the complete development lifecycle, from planning and implementation to testing, release, operations, and continuous improvement

Candidate profile

• Several years of professional experience developing modern web applications


• Very good knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript


• Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular


• Proven experience building and evolving complex frontend applications


• Good understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and high-performance web applications


• Experience working with REST APIs; knowledge of additional API concepts such as GraphQL is an advantage


• Solid backend development experience, for example with Node.js or comparable technologies


• Confident working with relational databases and a sound understanding of data modelling and API-oriented data processing


• Experience with Git, pull requests, code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern development workflows


• Strong commitment to quality with a pragmatic approach to sustainable and maintainable technical solutions


• Ability to critically assess technical requirements, propose solutions, and communicate technical decisions clearly


• Experience in regulated industries or projects with demanding security, traceability, quality, and change-management requirements is an advantage


• Structured, responsible, and diligent approach, particularly when implementing production changes and security-relevant functionality


• Comfortable collaborating with international teams and partner companies


• Excellent written and spoken English; German language skills are an advantage


• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable qualification is desirable, while strong project experience and technical expertise are particularly valued
