In this role you will be a Help Desk Specialist for a client in the medical industry. This position is responsible for answer calls for a radiology department and creating trouble tickets for issues. 

This is a month long contract position with 1 week of training and 3 weeks of work. Could go longer. This position must be performed on-site. The hours are 4:00 pm to 12:00 am Monday through Friday. Training week (1st week) will be 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and then go into shift work.

The pay is $18.00 to $20.00 an hour. 

Job Requirements:

• Tier 1 Help Desk experience


• Ability to communicate verbally and written with users on-site


• Ability to create tickets for users
