What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed goals.


• Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional sales experiences.


• Train and develop salespeople to maximize volume, growth, and profitability


• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.


• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the market, inventory, and Mazda products.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably as an Internet Manager, Sales Manager, similar role.


• Strong understanding of finance profitability and the F&I process.


• Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing talent.


• A customer-centric mindset with a drive to deliver unmatched experiences.


• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
