Pay: $21

Schedule:

• Full-Time

• M-Th 8-5:30, Fri 8-2

• 40 hours / week

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced full-time new patient intake coordinator for our Summit Pediatric Therapy clinic located in Aurora, CO. We are looking for someone who can provide excellent customer service and who can treat our patients with respect and empathy and communicate professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule patients and coordinate with other department needs

• Obtain complete and accurate information from the patient for billing and demographics purposes

• Follow up with patients regarding continuing appointments.

• Review and update patient records

• All incoming calls should be answered in a friendly and professional manner.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a highly professional team.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or scheduler preferably in a medical office

• High School Diploma or High School Equivalency, Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Strong computer skills required

• Experience with Microsoft applications and Google Docs

• EMR experience
