New Product Transition MPM (ETCH ) -B3

Ensures that key supply chain metrices are met for all NPT programs Provide visibility on critical supply continuity challenges by creating and maintaining heat maps and defining mitigation strategies to best meet current and forecasted demand Devise plans to overcome material shortages by executing strategic buys/overplans Analyze process maps for critical/complex long lead components; collaborates to implement mitigation strategies Tactical proficiency with Applied applications including, but not limited to SAP, SCV, Teamcenter etc Collaborate with engineering to ensure BOM accuracy Collaborate with NPI team to set program development/transition deliverables and provide status on completions prior to phase 5 exit Execute supply strategies to meet demand changes through S&OP cycle Timely disposition of parts to actively manage the program inventory. Conducts supplier shortages meetings to ensure accurate delivery commits for manufacturing Review CRNs (Change request notifications) and make recommendations to material availability to ensure a smooth production process. Applies knowledge of supply chain processes and materials management tools under leadership guidance. Gathers and shares program -specific supply chain information to assist leadership in resolving issues. Communicates clearly with cross functional teams to collect data and share updates. Escalates issues promptly and provide clear supporting information for leadership review. Bachelor's degree in business with emphasis on Supply Chain preferred 3-5 years of relevant experience. MBA is a plus
