Help Wanted: Automotive Service Adviser – New Car Dealership

Due to retirement and relocation of 2 of our service advisers we are in need of experienced and knowledgeable service advisers.

Location: 2050 E Rodeo Drive, Cottonwood, AZ
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Compensation: Competitive salary + Commission

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assess their service needs in a friendly, professional manner


• Write accurate repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians


• Provide updates and recommendations to customers throughout the service process


• Ensure timely completion of services and customer satisfaction


• Maintain service records and follow dealership procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service or customer service REQUIRED


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• Ability to multitask and work under pressure


• Knowledge of vehicle systems and dealership software a plus


• Experience with DEALERTRACK, XTIME


• Knowledge of getting approvals with service contract companies


• Valid driver’s license required
