Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable new vehicle options.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
• Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new vehicle inventory and promotions.
• Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to provide seamless service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or customer service is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a good understanding of new vehicles.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• High level of professionalism and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings.
