Position: Experienced Automotive Sales Consultant
Location: Volvo Cars Hudson Valley – Authorized New Car Dealership
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Top Commission Plan + Bonuses + Full Benefits

Are you an experienced automotive sales professional ready to take your career to the next level? Our fast-growing, franchised new car dealership is looking for a proven closer to join our team and help drive continued success in both new and pre-owned vehicle sales.

We offer strong inventory, competitive pricing, a steady flow of leads, and a supportive management team focused on helping you maximize your earning potential.

🔹 What You’ll Do:

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles to retail and business customers


• Build and maintain a loyal customer base through referrals and repeat business


• Follow up on dealership-provided internet and showroom leads


• Demonstrate vehicle features, conduct test drives, and present pricing options


• Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) standards


• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years automotive sales experience required


• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals


• Strong closing skills and negotiation abilities


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Professional appearance and positive attitude


• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record


• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including Saturdays
