New/Used Car Sales Manager

We are looking for a New/Used Car Sales Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a track-record of hitting goals and be enthusiastic about training and leading others. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing a team of sales people and supporting our customers.

This role requires leadership through example, not just words. You’ll be expected to coach, train, and hold your team accountable daily — while maintaining composure and professionalism under pressure.   Assist in running controllable expense elements for the New and Used Vehicle Departments

  Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance

  Automotive dealership management experience preferred

  Shown success in auto retail sales
  
  


• 
  
  Confirmed leadership ability to mentor and train others
