New/Used Car Salesperson

Job Summary:
Longview Autoplex, located in Longview, Texas, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a New/Used Car Sales Person. This is a full-time, salaried position in the fast-paced and competitive automotive industry. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional service, and ultimately closing sales of new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Listen to customers' needs and guide them through the sales process
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives with potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Negotiate pricing and sales terms with customers
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of new and used vehicle inventory and features
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals
- Complete all necessary paperwork and follow-up tasks related to sales transactions
- Attend sales training and meetings to stay up-to-date on new products and techniques
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and address any customer concerns promptly and professionally

Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships and close sales
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Proficient with technology and computer skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug screen
