Next Generation Worship Director - Redmond

The Next Gen Worship Director at Timberlake is responsible for creating inspirational, faith-filled, and fun worship environments for our Middle School, High School, and Young Adult worship services. Working closely with the Creative and Next Gen Leadership Teams. This role ensures that music in each environment is spiritually engaging, culturally relevant, and aligned with Timberlake’s vision to reach and raise up the next generation of Jesus followers.

Areas of Oversight & Core Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader on the campus, executing the vision of Timberlake Students through worship and creativity.


• Identify opportunities to regularly integrate youth into every aspect of the worship experience.


• Lead worship for weekend student services and camps at Timberlake.


• Consistently introduce new songs and plan engaging worship experiences.


• Schedule musicians and volunteers 4 weeks in advance.


• Recruit and audition volunteer musicians/vocalists for weekend services.


• Create and develop an amazing team that seeks to grow and improve together.


• Other duties as assigned.

Position Details

• Full-time (Sunday–Thursday, with flexibility for occasional Friday/Saturday events).


• $52k – $67k DOE.


• Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, AD&D, LTD.


• Accrued PTO.


• 403B (match after 1 year).
