NICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Key Responsibilities:  

• 
  

  Deliver direct patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing ventilators or specialized equipment. 

  
  

• 
  

  Assess and respond to changes in patient condition promptly. 

  
  

• 
  

  Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. 

  
  

• 
  

  Educate and support parents and families on newborn care and discharge planning. 

  
  

• 
  

  Document patient care accurately and adhere to safety, infection control, and NICU protocols. 

  
  

• 
  

  Respond effectively to neonatal emergencies. 

  
  

Qualifications:  

• 
  

  Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing 

  
  

• 
  

  Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in AK 

  
  

• 
  

  Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications 

  
  

• 
  

  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) 

  
  

• 
  

  COVID vaccine, TB test 

  
  

• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of NICU nursing experience
