Job Title:  Lodge Night Audit shift 

Workdays/Hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00am shift

Classification:  Hourly $15 - $16 an hour 

Job Description: Front Desk Agent

Responsible for Internal phone calls and guest service for after hour arrivals. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  

• Answer internal calls from guests needing supplies.
• Closing down hot tubs at night and reopening them in the morning.
• Restock supplies at the front desk and lobby, notify manager of supplies needed.
• Resolve problems arising from guest complaints, reservation and room assignment activities.
• Provide feedback to the day shift.
• Such other appropriate duties as may be required.

Requirements

Pre-Employment Requirements:   Reference check and criminal background check. 

Education and/or Experience: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Consistent employment history.

Technical Skills: 

• Familiarity with multi-line phone system, copier, fax, and scanner. 

Performance Skills: 

• People pleasing attitude. 
• Team player. 
• Good communication skills. 
• Ability to solve problems and handle guest complaints. 
• Ability to work independently and with little supervision.
