  • Prepare and distribute daily revenue reports, including occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR summaries.

  • Compile the Night Audit Report package and leave it ready for management review at the start of the business day.

  • Identify and correct posting errors; communicate unresolved variances clearly in shift handoff notes.

Safety, Security & Property Oversight

  • Conduct regular property oversights throughout the shift to monitor security, safety, and overall property conditions.

  • Monitor entrance and parking areas; report and document any suspicious activity.

  • Respond to emergency situations (fire, medical, weather) per established SOPs and coordinate with emergency services as required.

  • Enforce quiet hours and hotel policies; address noise complaints and guest conduct issues, if any, courteously and firmly.

  • Complete and log all required safety checks (exterior doors, laundry, equipment) per the Night Audit Checklist.

Administrative & Shift Handoff

  • Complete all items on the Night Audit Checklist before the end of shift.

  • Log all significant events, guest concerns, and maintenance needs in the shift log.

  • Prepare housekeeping reports and occupancy lists for the morning team.

  • Restock and organize the front desk area; ensure supplies are available for the day shift.

  • Brief the incoming Morning Agent on any outstanding guest changes, pending arrivals, or maintenance concerns.

Qualifications
