Job Description: Night Auditor

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented night auditor to join our team. As a night auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay. You will also be responsible for reconciling accounts and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate. 

Responsibilities:

- Greet and check-in guests arriving at night

- Assist guests with overnight requests

- Handle guest complaints and provide excellent customer service

- Make reservations for guests

- Reconcile all accounts and balance financial transactions

- Process invoices and prepare paychecks

- Ensure the front desk and accounting operations run smoothly

Requirements

 Requirements:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proficient in basic math and accounting principles

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Comfortable working overnight shifts
