La Posada Hotel is seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to handle overnight operations, including auditing daily financial transactions and ensuring the safety and security of the property. If you are a self-starter with excellent organizational skills, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Where You Can Make an Impact:

• Reconcile daily financial transactions and prepare end-of-day reports.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation requests during overnight hours.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Monitor property security and report any unusual activity.
• Prepare and distribute daily operational reports for management.
• Balance and audit room charges, food and beverage sales, and other revenue streams.
• Ensure compliance with all hotel policies and procedures.
• Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks during the shift if needed.
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor while assisting guests.
• Collaborate with the morning team for a seamless shift transition.

Requirements

Education/Formal Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• 1+ year of experience in a hotel front desk or accounting role preferred.

Knowledge/Skills:

• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts.
• Excellent problem-solving and guest service skills.
• Basic knowledge of financial auditing and reconciliation.
• Flexibility to adapt to various operational needs.
