Night Auditor

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining the security of the property, and providing excellent service to our guests during overnight hours. Key Responsibilities:

- Perform nightly audit procedures to verify and reconcile financial transactions, including guest accounts, cash, and credit card payments

- Prepare and review daily financial reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight hours, providing professional and courteous service

- Address guest inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive guest experience

- Maintain security of the property by monitoring surveillance systems and conducting regular patrols

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting as needed

- Follow all hotel policies and procedures to ensure compliance and safety

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience in hospitality, accounting, or customer service preferred

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently

- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer skills

- Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus

Education/Formal Training:

Experience:
