Responsibilities
Reconciling the resort's daily financial transactions, including room charges, taxes, food and beverage and incidental expenses. Balance front office accounts, verifies the accuracy of guest transactions and officially closes the business day.
Managing the front desk during the overnight shift, Handle late-night check-ins. Answer phones, process new bookings and guest requests.
Be the primary point of contact for guest needs while ensuring the security and smooth operation of the property.
Qualifications
High School diploma/GED required
Previous experience in hospitality preferred
Customer service experience required
Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts
Attention to detail and organized
