Job Opportunity: Night Baker

Are you a skilled baker with a passion for crafting high-quality baked
goods? We are seeking a Night Baker to join our team and help produce
exceptional products that our customers love.

Position Details:

Schedule: Night shifts

Location: 638 N 13th St, San Jose, CA 95112

Team Structure: Work independently with the support of one assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain a dough sheeter with precision and efficiency.

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, hand pies, and cakes.

Follow established recipes and ensure consistent product quality.

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.

Oversee production timelines to ensure all items are ready as scheduled.

Train and supervise the assistant baker as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a commercial or high-volume setting.

Proficiency with dough sheeters and other bakery equipment.

Strong hand-pie and bread-making skills.

Ability to work independently and manage a small team.

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

Availability to work night shifts and meet production demands.

Don’t forget to browse through our store for some delicious desserts, our specialty sauces, marinades and freshly baked Jamaican hardough breads – new to our menu!
