Night Cook

Description of the Role:

As a Night Cook at Sheraton Augusta Hotel, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes during the evening and late-night shifts. You will work to meet the high standards of a luxury hotel, ensuring that guests are satisfied with the culinary experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and special requests


• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards


• Maintain a clean and organized work area


• Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate tasks

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a cook in a high-end restaurant or hotel


• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and kitchen equipment


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
