We are hiring for a Security Night Field Operations Supervisor. The Field Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of the assigned portfolio which includes meeting with Security Officers on a regular basis. The Security Field Operations Supervisor will provide leadership and oversight of the assigned PalAmerican team in developing and maintaining security policy & procedures, ensuring training standards are met, coordinating strategies to support the program, and providing coaching and mentorship to all security staff to support a safe and secure workplace for all.

Pay Rate - $37.86/hr with Great Benefits

*Must have open grave shift availability.

What You’ll Do

Assist as required with stationary officers and client issues.
.
Visit client sites during your shift and conduct post checks and check points utilizing e-hub reporting system.

Conducts data analysis and provides recommendations for security and safety improvements in keeping with industry best practices.
·Ensure winteam schedules and special service requests are effectively staffed with employees into appropriate times and dates as needed. Assist with staffing when officers call off during your scheduled shift.

·Assist with any accident or required injury reports.

·Assist with disciplinary actions related to officers violating company policy or procedures.

Provides quality assurance oversight of all reporting, including incident reporting.
Maintains a regular communication and positive business relationship with the client organization’s key stakeholders at the site level.
Performs other duties as required.
What You Need

A minimum of 5 years security experience and 2 years of supervisory experience.
A valid Driver’s License, clean driving record and a reliable vehicle.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
Able to work variable days and shifts as requested.
Self-Starter
Win Team and eHub knowledge; for scheduling and check point inspections.
TrackTik knowledge.
Familiar with basic automobile functions and maintenance.
De-Escalation tactics
Knowledge of security service delivery operations.
Ability to Lead, plan, organize, delegate and problem solve.
Proven ability to effectively supervise / manage employees.
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Effective communication, both in writing and verbally.
Function effectively in a highly dynamic environment.
Maintenance of professionalism in all situations.
Physical ability to perform the duties of the position.
