*Responsibilities:*
* Treat infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care provided by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies with precision and care.
* Document all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses, and coordination of care accurately and comprehensively.
* Educate patients and families on the disease process, self-care techniques, prevention strategies, and meeting the patient's nursing needs.
*Qualifications*
* Current North Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
* Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
* Attention to Detail
* Time Management Skills
* Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
* Good Organization and Effective Communication
* Six (6) months of recent experience as a Nurse in a clinical care setting (preferred)
* Home Health Experience (preferred)
