Night Nurse

 Night Shift RN – Full Time (Friday–Sunday, 6 PM–6 AM)

Are you a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse looking to make a meaningful impact in a calm, professional overnight setting? Advanced Health Care of Albuquerque is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care to our short-term rehabilitation patients.

Your Role

As our Night Shift RN, you’ll be the lead nurse during weekend overnights, overseeing patient care and coordinating with CNAs to ensure quality, safety, and comfort. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitoring vitals, IVs, blood glucose levels, and skin integrity
• Performing catheterizations, tube feedings, lab draws, and admissions/discharges as needed
• Recognizing and reporting changes in patient condition promptly
• Accurately documenting in medical records
• Supporting and supervising CNAs to maintain a safe, efficient care environment
• Communicating respectfully with patients, families, and other departments

• Current New Mexico RN license (required)
• Availability to work Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• Strong critical thinking and independent clinical decision-making skills
• Previous experience in Floor Nursing, LTC, or SNF preferred
