Night Patrol Grounds Attendant

Pay: $16–$20/hour | Weekly Pay Schedule: Overnight shift

About the Role: We're seeking a reliable, observant Overnight Patrol Attendant to help maintain a safe, welcoming property during overnight hours.

Responsibilities:

• Walk and monitor property grounds throughout the shift


• Float and assist front desk staff as needed


• Identify and address unauthorized individuals on property


• Politely direct trespassers to leave; contact local police if necessary


• Report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues


• Maintain a visible, professional presence overnight

Requirements:

• Able to walk/stand for extended periods and patrol the property on foot


• Dependable and punctual with strong attention to detail


• Calm, professional demeanor when handling on-site situations


• Comfortable working independently overnight


• Reliable transportation
