Night Receptionist WED-SUN (2:30PM-10:30PM)

Hotel Front Desk Receptionist - $18.00/Hour

Wednesday - Sunday 2:30 PM - 10:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/check out hotel guests
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Manage reservations and room assignments
• Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer and phone skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
