Lead the sanitation crew to meet cleaning and sanitation standards. Must lead by example in an effort to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed.
Responsibilities:The Sanitation lead role is to ensure proper execution of sanitation activities at the team level.
Performance Measurement:On a regular and continuous basis exercises sound administrative judgment and assumes responsibility/accountability for decisions, consequences, and results having an impact on people, costs, and/or quality of services.
General DutiesLeads, coaches, teaches and reinforces sanitation best practices.
Trains new team members.
Performs weekly sanitation chemicals inventory check.
Ensures that the sanitation chemicals, cleaning tools and records are organized at all times.
Takes attendance of the sanitation team members and reports any absences to the sanitation manager.
Provide coverage when other team members are absent.
Inform Sanitation Manager and Maintenance of any safety concerns.
Ensures that all electrical panels and power supply boxes are covered in a manner to prevent malfunction of the panels and power supply boxes.
Ensures correct PPE and color coding is followed at all times.
Sanitation experience in a related field.
Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
Computer skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with all the team members.
Able to work 6 days a week/ 8 to 12 hours as needed.
High School Diploma/GED required.
