Night Shift Caregiver (PCA)

Elders Inn is currently seeking a full-time Personal Care Attendant (PCA) for the overnight shift!

Noc (night) shift is 10:30pm-7:00am

Pay Rate- $20.00 per hour

The primary functions of a PCA are:

• Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks


• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity


• Monitor resident activity and functional status 


• Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort

This is a full-time position that works a rotating schedule of 4-days on and 2-days off

On-call/PRN may also be available

Minimum qualifications are:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals


• Ability to follow written and oral directions


• Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based)


• Ability to life 150 pounds

Employment requirements include:

• Routine COVID tests


• Physical


• TB test


• Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice


• Current COVID-19 vaccination preferred
