Night Shift Cargiver

University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Shift Caregiver to provide exceptional care and support to our clients during nighttime hours in Troy, MI. This role is vital in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of those under our care while promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care needs including bathing, dressing, and grooming


• Provide medication reminders and monitor health conditions during the night


• Support clients with mobility and transfers to prevent falls and injuries


• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed


• Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition


• Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance client well-being

Requirements

• Ability to work overnight shift hours reliably


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy


• Ability to follow instructions and work independently


• Must pass background checks 


• Own transportation
