Job Overview:
As a Lead Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician at our Kitchen Guard of Jacksonville location, you'll be at the heart of our operations. Responsibilities include:
- Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
- Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
- Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
- Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.
Shift: Overnight (9-11 PM check-in, 5-7 AM check-out) Position: Full-Time (40-50 hours per week)

About the Role:
As the Lead Technician – Hood Cleaning Technician, you will be part of our overnight crew in cleaning and maintaining commercial kitchen exhaust systems. You'll oversee job site setup, power washing kitchen exhausts, equipment maintenance, and site takedown. You will drive operational excellence, safety, and team performance.

Who We're Looking For:

Overnight crew experience is preferred but not required.
Requirements:
A valid driver's license. Clean driving record is a must.
Work Nights, Overnight Position.
Ability to climb ladders, work at heights, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
