What You’ll Do

• Supervise nursing staff
• Provide exceptional overnight nursing care to residents with complex medical needs 
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes or emergencies 
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and efficiently 
• Collaborate with CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care 
• Maintain detailed documentation and communicate shift updates clearly 
• Create a safe, calm, and comforting environment for residents and families 

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN or LPN license 
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred 
• Strong assessment, critical thinking skills, and leadership skills
• Compassionate bedside manner with a team-first attitude 
• Familiarity with HIPAA and confidentiality standards
• Ability to work independently and stay organized during overnight hours

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN or LPN School of Nursing. 

Licenses/Certification

Current RN or LPN Licensure in the State employed.

Valid CPR Certification.

Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
