We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient candidate for Night Shift Production Associate - Sealer Sand/Inspector position at MasterBrand in Jasper, IN facility.  This particular position pays a minimum of $22.75 per hour up to a maximum of $24.45 per hour.  (This includes base rate, night shift premium and bonus) 

In this role, you will be responsible for applying sealer sand and conducting quality inspections during the night shift of our production process.

• Apply sealer sand to manufactured products according to specifications and quality standards
• Conduct thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality requirements
• Identify and report any quality issues or deviations from production standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
• Record production data and complete necessary documentation
• Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent product quality
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes

• Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Preferred / not required- Proficiency in sealer sand application techniques
• Strong quality inspection skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications accurately
• Familiarity with production equipment and machinery
• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting
• Experience with quality control processes
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality standards
• Ability to work night shifts and maintain a consistent schedule
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
