Nightclub Guest Relations Agent

Louie's Nightclub is looking for a Guest Relations Agent to help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role blends hospitality and security  you'll be a visible, professional presence who keeps the energy fun while making sure everyone stays safe.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and monitor surveillance equipment to secure the venue and its guests
• Inspect entry points, verify access, and manage guest flow at the door
• Identify and address policy violations, informing guests of expectations professionally
• Respond to disruptive behavior calmly and appropriately, including restraining trespassers when necessary
• Document incidents clearly and accurately for reporting purposes
• Support the broader team as needed to ensure smooth nightly operations
• Uphold all legal and compliance requirements to protect the organization's reputation

Physical Demands

This role requires standing and walking for the full duration of an 8+ hour shift, along with frequent stooping, kneeling, and crouching. Employees must be able to use hands and arms for reaching, handling, and fine motor tasks, and may be required to view a computer screen or use a phone throughout the shift. Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 50 lbs without assistance. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

Schedule

• Primary shifts: Friday & Saturday, 8:45 PM – 2:30 AM
• Additional shifts may be offered based on business needs and availability

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Security, Guest Relations, or Customer Service (preferred)
• Valid PSO or Guard Card required (PSO preferred)
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Professional appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to remain composed and professional in high-stress situations
• Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs
