Job Summary:

As a Nightime Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the staff during the day shift. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, overseeing the coordination of services to support the facility's objectives, and managing the company staff’s productivity and assignments while fostering a positive working environment.

What you’ll do:

Supervision and Leadership:

• Provide leadership and direction to the staff during each shift, ensuring they understand their responsibilities and perform duties efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate work assignments, including routine cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the team.

Quality Control:

• Monitor and inspect cleaning activities to ensure high-quality standards are maintained.
• Address any issues or concerns related to service quality promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.

Safety Compliance:

• Enforce safety policies and procedures to create a safe working environment for the staff.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Staff Development:

• Provide guidance and support to the staff for their professional development.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recommend training or corrective actions as needed.

Problem Resolution:

• Address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the team.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the janitorial or related services industry.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to perform work accurately completely, and promptly.
• Constant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of time and the ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is a plus).
