Qualifications

MD or DO. Required

Work Experience

Licenses & Certifications

Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire. Required

Active Illinois medical license. Required

Board Certification or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/Hematology-Oncology Fellowship. Board certification must be obtained within 5 years. Required

Basic Life Support/CPR certification. Preferred
