Nissan Sales Consultant

Job Summary:
Cerritos NISSAN is seeking an experienced NISSAN Sales Consultant to join our team in Cerritos, California. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers while providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time commission position in the auto industry, and it is an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
- Conduct test drives and provide product demonstrations to potential customers
- Process and file paperwork accurately and efficiently during and after the sales process
- Keep up-to-date on current and new products, features, and accessories
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business
- Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and mentoring
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry and legal standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficient computer and technology skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
