Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Virtual Benefits Representative to join our team. As a Virtual Benefits Representative, you will be responsible for delivering and explaining benefit plans to our members in a virtual setting. This is a 100% remote position that offers great earning potential with a starting salary of $65,000, full employee benefits, and ample opportunities for career advancement.

We are only hiring in the following states: Georgia, New York, New Jersey, you must live in one of the mentioned states to be considered for this job.

Responsibilities:

- Schedule appointments with members via phone to discuss benefit plans.

- Answer questions and assist members in enrolling into suitable benefit plans.

- Complete insurance and underwriting applications for members accurately and efficiently.

- Attend workshops and participate in continuing education programs to stay updated on industry trends and benefit offerings.

- Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in sales and customer service is essential.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively explain benefit plans to members.

- A growth mindset and a strong focus on self-improvement to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and sales techniques.

- Ability to work remotely, possessing a laptop, smartphone, and reliable Wi-Fi connection.

- Must be able to pass a background check.

- Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
