Job Description - No Fault Paralegal

Ideal candidate must have experience in setting up

Claims for bodily injury

No-Fault

Filing No-Fault applications

Processing loss wage claims

Dealing with property damages claims and processing letter of representations, etc.

Must be familiar with the personal injury process and be able to handle their own files independently.
