NOC RN or LPN- Vent Hall

Description

We’re looking for a dedicated and skilled RN or LPN to join our NOC shift team on the vent hall—a specialized unit where your clinical expertise truly makes a difference. If you’re confident with trachs and vents, calm in critical situations, and committed to patient-centered care, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Care for residents who require mechanical ventilation and tracheostomy management
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes with clinical precision
• Work closely with respiratory therapists, physicians, and a strong interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications, manage treatments, and document accurately 
• Support residents and their families with empathy and clear communication 
• Maintain high standards of safety and infection control
   

Who You Are:

• A licensed RN or LPN
• Experienced with ventilator-dependent patients (or eager to learn with support)
• Strong communicator and reliable team player
• Detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and focused on quality care
• CPR/BLS required; ACLS is a plus

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing or LPN Program

Licenses/Certification  

Current RN or LPN Licensure in the State employed.

Valid CPR Certification.

Experience

Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
