Location: Sunnyside Residential – Torrance, CA 90502
Pay: $17.81–$18.25 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 4-On / 2-Off Schedule
Shift Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Facility Type: Adult Residential Facility (ARF) – Mental Health | 118-Bed Unlocked Facility

Sunnyside Residential is seeking a reliable and observant NOC Shift ARF Attendant to join our dedicated team. This role is focused on resident supervision and support, not direct care. The ideal candidate is calm, attentive, and committed to creating a safe, supportive environment for adults living with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular room checks to ensure resident safety
• Document observations and incidents accurately and thoroughly
• Redirect and engage residents using positive, non-confrontational communication
• Maintain a secure, supportive, and therapeutic environment overnight
• Interact with residents in a respectful and compassionate manner
• Communicate clearly and consistently with staff across all shifts
• Assist with assigned tasks that support daily facility operations

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to remain alert and focused during overnight hours
• Prior experience in a mental health or group home setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Must pass background check, TB test, and health screening

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in Adult Residential Facilities (ARFs) or similar mental health environments
• Understanding of basic behavioral redirection techniques
• Ability to document clearly and follow facility protocols
