Job Description:

The client is seeking a NodeJS Technical lead

Responsibilities:

·       Lead the design and development of backend services using NodeJS and Java.

·       Guide teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare solutions.

·       Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Agile stories.

·       Oversee code quality through reviews, testing, and best practices.

·       Mentor developers and foster a culture of innovation and learning.

·       Drive cloud-based deployments and automation using CI/CD tools.

·       Ensure API integrations are robust and well-documented.

·       Support conversational AI initiatives and cognitive solutions.

·       Identify and resolve delivery blockers while promoting reusable code assets

·       NodeJS is Primary Skill and JAVA will be good to have
