Non CDL Driver

Location: Richmond, VA
Job Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour

We are seeking dependable, customer-focused Non-CDL Courier Drivers to complete business-to-business pickups and deliveries using company-provided cars and vans. This is an entry-level opportunity—no previous courier or professional driving experience is required.

Drivers will handle local and long-distance deliveries while providing professional service and ensuring items arrive safely and on time. No CDL is required, and drivers are home daily with no overnight travel.

Available Schedules

All schedules are Monday through Friday:

• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

• 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

• 11:00 AM–7:00 PM

Overtime may be available, depending on business needs. Overtime is paid after 40 hours worked each week.

Responsibilities

• Pick up, load, transport, and deliver packages and products for commercial customers.

• Complete scheduled routes and on-demand deliveries accurately and on time.

• Make deliveries throughout Virginia, with occasional travel to Maryland, Washington, DC, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

• Handle customer items carefully, including time-sensitive deliveries.

• Maintain accurate delivery logs and required documentation.

• Communicate professionally with customers and dispatch.

• Operate company vehicles safely and report vehicle concerns promptly.

• Work independently while managing changing delivery priorities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least one year.

• Must meet driving-record requirements

• Must meet background requirements

• Must complete a pre employment drug screen. 

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift

• Previous delivery or courier experience is a plus, but is not required.
