Non CDL Driver/Warehouse Associate

As a Non-CDL Driver / Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our Reno service center running smoothly by ensuring products move from receiving to staging to customer delivery with accuracy and care. This role exists to protect on-time fulfillment and a safe, dependable customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Complete local deliveries and pickups, while representing WSL professionally


• Load/unload, stage, and verify orders for accuracy


• Receive products, help maintain inventory organization, and support cycle counts


• Operate material handling equipment (forklift as needed) and follow safety procedures.


• Use basic computer tools to document shipments and transactions.


• Support warehouse operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Required qualifications/skills:

• High school diploma or GED preferred


• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record


• Delivery/warehouse/logistics (or flooring) experience preferred


• Forklift certification preferred


• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork; detail-oriented and dependable
