What You'll Do
- Assist residents with daily care and activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure
- Help residents with walking, positioning, transfers, and mobility needs
- Weigh residents and accurately document information
- Respond to resident and family needs with compassion and professionalism
- Work with the care team to promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being
What You'll Need
- Completion of a Nurse Assistant Training Program with certificate required
- Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
- Ability to pass required employment screenings and background checks
