Position: Non-Clinical Hospice Liaison / Sales
Job Overview:
Our Texas client is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join the as a Non-Clinical Hospice Liaison / Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities and providers to promote our hospice services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hospice referrals and admissions
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare facilities, physicians, and other referral sources
- Educate potential referral sources on the benefits of hospice care and the services offered by our company
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth transition for patients from the referral source to our hospice services
- Attend networking events and conferences to promote our company and build relationships with potential referral sources
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business. Marketing or related field
-2+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, hospice or home health strongly preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse group of individuals
- Knowledge of hospice regulations and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines preferred
- Must be able to travel within the designated sales territory
