Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate and dedicated personal caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care for our clients in Morgantown, WV. This role involves assisting individuals with daily living activities to enhance their quality of life and promote independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing


• Help with mobility and transferring safely


• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed


• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe environment


• Provide companionship and emotional support


• Monitor client health and report any changes to the appropriate parties


• Assist with medication reminders 

Requirements

• Previous experience as a caregiver preferred but not required


• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients 


• Valid driver's license, your own vehicle and up to date car insurance 


• Background check clearance and ability to pass a drug screen


• Basic understanding of safety and emergency procedures


• Flexibility to work various shifts as needed while building your own schedule
