Non-CDL Driver / Transporter

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

As a

Transporter

you will collect and deliver equipment between our company, our suppliers, and our customers. This will be done under the general supervision of the Branch Manager. You will need:
A clean, valid driver's license.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
A DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate (MCSA-5876).
Ability to work outdoors for long periods of time, in all weather conditions.
Ability to follow verbal directions and written instructions.
Ability to attach and remove hitches from vehicles.
A team-player with a good work ethic (courteous, flexible, punctual, and professional).
Ability to communicate via basic literacy and verbally.
Level-headed, detail-oriented & safety contentious.

PHYSICAL & MENTAL ENVIRONMENT:

This position functions year-round with most of the time spent outdoors.
Requires the ability to frequently lift objects up to 50 pounds.
Requires moderately difficult manipulative and hand-eye coordination skills.
There will be varying temperatures based on seasonal weather.
Activities will include sitting, standing, and climbing on and off equipment.
Activities will occur while driving and loading/unloading for prolonged periods.
