Non-CDL (General Labor)

Job Duties and Requirements:

• Arrives on site to work on time


• Maintains a professional appearance and a good attitude


• Helps to maintain a clean and safe worksite


• Assists operators


• Load or unload construction materials


• Install and remove fencing materials


• Dig trenches or post holes


• Performs other duties required for which the employee is qualified and trained


• Valid driver’s licenses


• Able to pass a drug screen


• Commitment to safety rules and company policies

Physical requirements

This job is physically demanding, including, but not limited to the following physical requirements:

• Able to lift 50 lbs overhead


• Able to stand/walk for several hours at a time without rest


• Perform repetitive, physical tasks with few breaks

Working conditions

• Working outdoors in inclement weather


• Extensive travel in vehicles on highway and dirt roads


• Job location and assignment can change frequently and with short notice


• Weekend work possible
